Fur-legged Friends is a small professional, friendly pet service covering Biggar, Carnwath, Libberton and their surrounding areas. We offer bespoke Dog Walking, a Cat & Small Pet Holiday Service and Drop-in visits. We come with years of animal experience, are fully insured, police checked and are trained in pet first aid.
I'm Jacqueline and since childhood working with animals has been very important to me. Over the years I have worked in various animal related jobs from kennels and catteries to a Safari park. In 2015 I decided to open Fur-Legged Friends, a reliable dog walking and pet sitting business that catered to the individual needs of the pets. As a business our philosphy is simple, treat any pet as if it is our own and strive to provide the highest quality care. Upon moving to South Lanarkshire I have decided to re-open Fur-legged Friends and will cover Biggar, Carnwath, Symington, Broughton and surrounding areas.
I am fully insured, police checked and qualified in pet first aid.
These walks are tailored to the dogs indiviual requirements and can either be on or off leash.
1hr group walk - £15
(£10 per additional dog from same household)
This service is designed to allow owners to go out for a few hours to enjoy themselves knowing their dog is being well cared for in the comfort of their own home.
This is not for holiday cover and is charged at an hourly rate.
£15 per hour.
(£6 each additional dog from same household)
This service is designed for small pets such as cats, hamsters, guinea pigs etc when their owners are away on holiday. I will visit them in their own homes once or twice a day depending upon their individual needs e.g to feed, water and provide plenty of cuddles.
30mins - £10
These drop-in visits are aimed at puppies not yet vaccinated and unable to join in on the walks. These bespoke visits occur in the puppies own home and cater to the specific requirements of the dog. These visits are aimed to integrate the puppy onto the walks.
